Was frustrated the the gift was not delivered by 1:30 as guaranteed. I had to call twice before getting the delivery time of 5:30. Then, the gift showed as being delivered, even though it had not yet arrived.

Everything was great. A little expensive, and took all day to receive. But very nice flowers and it was easy to put the order in.

City Hall might be closed to the public that day, but the employees are inside working. Make sure you get them to open the door to receive the flowers!
Flowers were beautiful. Suggestion is to estimate hadnling charges when displaying products. A $39 order cost $60 when all was send and done therfore advertisement of $39 was deceptive

My arrangement did arrive in a timely manner and was beautiful. However, the local florist that filled the order did not provide a blue vase for an arrangement that was specifically blue themed. They also provided an arrangement that appeared to be at the basic size versus the larger one I had ordered.
Quick delivery, beautiful plant and the driver called me personally to confirm he made the delivery.

These were a gift for an elderly lady in a nursing home who loves purple, lavendar and pink. I ordered a bouquet of flowers in the purple family with some pinks in them. However she said the bouquet were a mixture of all colors. She liked them but I had hoped she would get the exact bouquet I ordered. Shop must have been out of the purples. Still she was thrilled with them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
