Good so far. I did not see the flowers because I live in another state than the state I sent the flowers too. Heard the flowers were very nice.

The flowers were not the color shown in the picture or description. The card was spelled wrong and looked like a 8 year old wrote it. They misspelled love! They spelled it las. I complained and got a $5 gift certificate for my next order? I am never ordering from them again. So I complained and got a 10% refund. Oooooo$4.53 which is less than the $5 gift certificate. Awful!
When I see what an arrangement looks like, then I order a step above what I see, I expect the arrangement to be bigger not smaller than what I see. It was lame.

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday which she was surprised and was very pleased with them so that made me happy, but i was a little concerned about the fact when she received her flowers they were in two vases instead of one which wasn't what i ordered.My main thing was that my sister was happy and loved her flowers she was very pleased and that was all that counted for me.
