I complained and got a $5 gift certificate for my next order? I am never ordering from them again. So I complained and got a 10% refund. Oooooo$4.53 which is less than the $5 gift certificate. Awful!
When I see what an arrangement looks like, then I order a step above what I see, I expect the arrangement to be bigger not smaller than what I see. It was lame.

I ordered flowers for my sisters birthday which she was surprised and was very pleased with them so that made me happy, but i was a little concerned about the fact when she received her flowers they were in two vases instead of one which wasn't what i ordered.My main thing was that my sister was happy and loved her flowers she was very pleased and that was all that counted for me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
