I have the worst experience ever always order from 1800flowers never had a problem for the first time I order else where and I have a horrible experience the flowers look nothing like the ones in the pic it looks like they cut them from any garden and just put them in a vase and that's it it says that this flowers come with baby casino and they put some dry baby breath and my wife hates baby breath I called Fromyouflowers.com and all they wanted was to refund the expedited fee wow $4.00 try to make my wife happy and it just made it worst shame shame shame for not ordering with 1800flowers will love to attache a pic of the garden flowers geshhhhh
Have been please with fromyouflowers.com in the past. However, the recipient did not receive what I ordered and instead, received nothing more than a bouquet similar to that of grocery store quality. Did not expect that from this business. Maybe this was just a one-time incident.

I was very upset that my Mom didn't receive her flowers on her Birthday. I paid $14.95 for delivery so if they could not be delivered, why didn't someone call or email me? I live out of state away from my Mom. And it made it look like I didn't acknowledge my Mom's birthday. Seems to me that a balloon or something? Could have been added to the order. But all I got was excuses and an apology followed by I tried to deliver but she wasn't home. Just not good enough in my opinion. Flowers were fresh and beautiful but overall service very dissatisfied.
The flowers didn't look really anything like what it was in the picture (i know there is some leeway needed, but this was night and day). Still arranged nicely and very pretty.
Additional handling charge bit of shock. If I'd had time, I would have gone elsewhere to get full price up front.

It was great and I was able to send flowers to someone special thank you I received a call from florida where the flowers were sent and she cried and cried it made her day, she will be 90 on Saturday... thank you for making my friends day...
The flowers were beautiful. We paid extra to have them delivered the same day, but our daughter wasn't home when they came and she had to drive to the florist to get them the next day. Could have saved that extra fee!
