The discounts are a scam. They offered me $11.00 off my next order then when I tried to use it all they did was raised the price so my discount made no difference. I noticed that with all they're offers. They must think we're dummy's to not pick up on something so obvious.

The web site is great. Prices are a little high. I paid extra for delivery by noon and he didn't get it until almost 3:00 in the afternoon. A credit should be issued on my credit card for the expedited delivery charge.
These flowers made my 80 year-old parents' day and Thanksgiving! They are in Florida and all of their kids live in New England, so having this arrangement arrive in time was HUGE. My Mom kept saying how beautiful they are and how much she loves the container. My Dad has Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, so he normally doesn't say much, but was visibly pleased according to my Mom.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
