The flowers were smaller than what I ordered and they were a day late when I paid extra have them sent early. And they are nothing like what I picked out online. Tried to pick out something with blue and purple, my moms favorite colors, and the bouquet just looks cheap.
So far easy...hope delivery is as nice...The delivery was on time...but sure looked bigger and fuller in picture...oh well...live and learn

My flowers weren't delivered on the day they were supposed to be. The surprise of it had been gone. I had to make my husband wait around all day the next day until 5 when they came. Honestly I think the entire purchase should have been refunded after this happened. I won't buy flowers again unless it's a store and I know I will have them delivered at the right time.

The florist chosen to deliver my same day delivery failed to do so, however, the customer service supervisor was incredibly kind and understanding and did his best to make it right even though they were a day late. I really appreciated the fact that I was able to actually reach a customer service rep even though it was 6:00 pm, the previous company I used still hasn't returned a call 48 hours later. The arrangement was beautiful when it did arrive, and another supervisor called to be sure it was ok and I received an email when it was delivered. Great fix after an issue, and I will continue to use you for all of my floral needs. Thank you!

Easy online booking experience, the flowers were delivered on time and looked really nice. While these were the cheapest option I found online, the price seems a little high for what was sent but I guess I shouldn't really compare to UK prices.

The note was misplaced though, the recipient received someone else's Birthday Note than my surprise note.
This took away all the fun/surprise element out of the purchase. Not satisfied!
