Ordering was easy through Amazon.
Was very unhappy with the rest of the experience. The picture of the product and the product delivered only slightly resembled each other. Appreciate that not everything is always available but was very disappointed with the substitutions, especially the container. Ordered a simple square vase, a tall green embellished one was sent. Also, upgraded the order and paid extra for "before noon" delivery and it was delivered at 2:45 p.m.
Doubt that I'll be a return customer.

I did not realized that the arrangement I ordered would be delivered by UPS. I was thinking what kind of condition they would arrive in and if the vase would be there or not. Once my daughter received them she said they were beautiful, the roses were starting to open up and that the vase was nice. I was surprised but very glad to hear that. So, thank you for making my daughter, who is a school teacher, have a beautiful day! I will definitely be ordering again.
