I have always been pleased with the service and flowers from fromyouflowers.com and will continue to purchase flowers from you. However I would recommend/request that the local florist that was used for this order not be used in the future. I have contacted the local florist and am currently waiting for resolution the the matter.

My order was upgraded for the inconvenience plus I was given a discount for my next order and refunded the same day delivery fee. I was treated very well; your customer service is second to none. Delivery time was much later than I expected.
What was delivered was not what was ordered and defiantly not worth the price I paid. I hope they make it right because that will depend on my using them again

I have paid for the delivery to be there by 12 pm and had got there at 6:30pm. I think this is unacceptable.
The flowers that were delivered was not the flowers that I ordered and it was not as big as I payed for ( Deluxe)

Asked for expedite delivery (before noon) for the next day. Called at 10:30ish to know the status. Delayed and estimated delivery moved to 2. Actually received the flowers at 4. On the bright side, got the refund of the expedite fee and $10 coupon for the inconvenience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
