Great service... was delivered during the time stated, but the flowers was beautiful and perfect. Just what I ordered.
Disappointed, flowers received were not the same ones that I ordered. The picture showed pink and purple flowers in a purple vase. The flowers received were red and pink in a red vase. I was not notified that there would be substitution for what I ordered. I do have to say that when I contacted customer service they were very apologetic. But I dont think I would feel confident ordering on line again from this company. I spent almost $70 and expected to get what I ordered.
So far it has been great. Easy to find what you need and want. Calling me when the delivery person found noone at home was very nice. Just wish something else could have been done instead of leaving them by the door where someone could have stole them.
You are the only on-line company that actually did not charge shipping when you said you would not! Others added it on at the end of the order. Thanks.

The flowers were not as pictured my sister took a picture of them when they arrive and they just dont look like the same flowers. My mother on the other hand loved them, why wouldn't she they came from her daughter, and this will probably be her last Christmas.

Overall, the process was simple. The prices were comparable with other on-line florists. Flowers are fairly expensive, especially when needed for same day delivery. The arrangement was not as colorful as the on-line picture, which was the main reason I chose them.

The "Bee Well" Bee was not the same Bee purchased, very disappointed on that part but the flowers were really nice (I don't normally order flowers online but this was an urgent order due to unexpected family emergency)
