I've never had a problem with my orders except the last one I placed. It was my daughter birthday on the 17th and she didn't receive the flowers until the 18th. No one called to let me know so I was disappointed that she didn't get for her birthday.
So my recommendation would be to call the customer so they know there is problem with their order.

Great website...so easy. But...was somewhat disappointed in the plain balloon colors that came with the mylar ones. Thought it didn't look very exciting because there were only two colors and two of the balloons were plain white...boring presentation.
Next time I want to see the HANDLING charges well before the final check out.

I paid for a large arrangement for $65 and received a $25 dollar arrangement with only 3 roses In them it had carnations in the bouquet as well and the arrangement I selected I did not. The bouquet I ordered was not the same one delivered, it was in a whole other vase design. Im not satisfied at all, the only positive thing I can say is that the delivery was speedy, everything else was horrible, and I had to stop on the way home and purchase more flowers to put in the bouquet before giving it to my loved one.

The 14.99 service charge is a bit pricey and i didnt know about it till i was at check out. At that point i just wanted the flowers sent so i paid it anyway.
