I've ordered for the flowers to be placed in a basket but my wife received a vase instead. I'm quite impressed by the delivery time though...
Good. But in ordering online I don't want to have to check a box so that I DON'T receive an add-on. The flowers were delivered out of state and they were just beautiful. A very pretty arrangement and fresh beautiful flowers.

I was disappointed that the vase pictured (from a choice of four) was not the one that was delivered. This was a birthday present to a Los Angeles artist, and the vase was very much part of the gift. I would have preferred to work with a florist directly, but the distance is too great. I probably won't be ordering flowers long distance again.

Ordering this gift was easy and quick. There was such a great selection and nice that you could upgrade the arrangement even. The recipients received it when I scheduled it to be delivered and were so pleased...they even sent a picture of it on their table. It was beautiful! What a great experience ordering flowers online for a distant delivery...this is definitely my new "go to florist"
Shopping for the product was an easy process I'm pleased with that but the product that was received looked nothing like the flowers I ordered the individual who relieved them still liked them but I am a bit upset I feel like I didn't get what I paid for and because of that I'm not sure if I will make future purchases
I received my order yesterday for our anniversary. I was totally disappointed in both quantity and quality. Eye appeal it had none. The vase was bigger than the flower arrangement. I paid for the more expensive arrangement in that category, but did not get that based on the picture. The back was like the back of a persons head who just woke up from a nap. The back had no flowers just ferns. Not the way to impress your wife. Sincerely, Dan Brock
