The on line service was easy to access - the price of the arrangement was just right and they offered free delivery.

The description said it would be exactly as the picture. Well not really but my girlfriend loved it!

Shopping experience was good but dislike that some arrangments are not explained in detail as amount of flowers or roses included, candy chocolates are not described small or large box is how many chocolates? And teddy bears sml, med, lrg, again what is the true size as in inches.? I paid for delivery before 12pm. Flowers were not delivered until 3:30pm.flower arrangements was ok but not as full as the arrangement in the picture and i got the deluxe so it should have been similar... overall it was ok. And was helpful because your site was the only one that offered same day delivery around the time i ordered.

I ordered flowers for same day service. The flowers were not delivered that day and I was not notified. When I called customer service the following morning, they told me that the driver was at max capacity so the order got moved to the next day. He then asked me if I wanted the same day service fee refunded, which I replied, yes. But if I had not called and inquired about my order I would have paid the same day service fee for a service I did not receive. The flowers eventually made it to where they were supposed to go, and although they were very nice, they were not much like the photo shown on the site.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
