Lots to choose from, I had a hard time making up my mind
I was extremely DISAPOINTED in the colors of the flowers that you made the bouquet with! I specifically chose the purple and red for a reason. I understand if you have to subsitute flowers because you don't have exactly the same ones in the picture. But you could have subsituted with the same color scheme atleast! I ordered the Ruby Rose bouquet for the colors. The one recieved was Red and white with a splash of purple babies breath. I would have ordered something different if I had known I wasn't getting the purple flowers with Red roses. The person I sent it too said it was still beautiful but I'm upset it was not the colors I specifically ordered. I'm not sure I will order from this company again. I have never had a problem with the company I usually order from. I just wanted this bouquet, only you had it!

I have used your service many time and for many months. However, the ablity to deliver within the time stated (especially on same day and with expidited fees paid) seem to be becomming a growing issue. You started strong but are falling fast. I have even recieved 'confirmation' of deliveries that had not been delivered.

Whoever you used to fulfill this order never use them again, I bought the deluxe version. I know you stated that there could be substitutions but the end product was beyond ugly.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
