My flowers were scheduled for delivery on Wednesday December 23rd, but they were delivered on Tuesday the 22nd. I didn't get any response when I sent an email letting them know about the early delivery.
My mother sent me a picture and it didn't look delux to me.

These were delivered to our grandson and according to parents the smile bouquet and balloon were great.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
