Three strikes, you're out. It's been well over a year since the last fail (wrong flowers, wrong colors, wrong balloons, wrong type and colors) so I thought surely, they won't foul this one up... WRONG. I paid extra for same day delivery... no delivery, no contact was attempted to notify me. Two hours after guaranteed delivery I contact customer service, and the CSR repeatedly stumbles over excuses that didn't hold up. What about their 100% satisfaction guarantee? Sorry, that only applies to arrangements that actually make it to where they are supposed to be delivered to.

Great, fast, easy process. The flowers were not delivered in the 4 hour time period or even the same day, they were delivered the next day past 12 o'clock. Customer service was extremely courteous and they refunded my fees and even upgraded the order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
