I ordered the "deluxe" tier of the arrangement that I ordered, and the order that my wife received, while beautiful, was quite small. If what I ordered was the "deluxe" package, I shudder to think what the two lower levels would have looked like.
Too many greens and not enough daisies, these flowers are not as expensive as roses, lilies but the arrangement looked pretty according to my daughter. Thank you
If the flowers match the ease of ordering, I will use again. Not a fan of the $39.99 minimum for same day delivery.
1/2 of the roses were drooping by the next morning. The previous arrangements that I have purchased looked exactly like the picture on-line. I may use your service again, but not for roses.

This arrangement was sent to a co-worker who just lost her father. The flowers that were sent to her had PINK roses in them. The arrangement did not look as nice as your picture.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
