I wouldn't recommend this site because I have no one that would need to order flowers.
Very disappointed with plant that was delivered, but customer service made it RIGHT, and was so polite and apologetic. They sent out anther plant and gave me a credit on my account for my next purchase.

I buy flowers online frequently and used this one this time! They had a window that said the best deal without a picture! It called for a bouquet of flowers from their current hot items! There were 3 categories with small to the premium! I paid for the premium so I was expecting a fairly large bouquet! The lady took a picture of the flowers she received and the first thing that came to my mind they made a mistake and sent a small bouquet! I guess you need a picture or better description of what you are paying for! I feel the bouquet of flowers were not what I expected as I've sent $50.00 bouquets from other sites, to me they were much nicer... Sorry, but that's how I feel! I also much rather they give you a few brands of chocolates to pick from! I paid $20.00 and would have paid more for a better brand & assortment!

Customer Service with your company is horrible. I waited on hold for 31 minutes and finally hung up. It took 4 emails with a service rep to get the answers I was looking for. I will not recommend your company or service to anyone.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
