I flowers where for my mother in-law who just lost her youngest son.

Flowler where nothing what I expected. I paid the highest price expecting a full arrangement instead it looks like they sent me a basic arrangement of flowers. Not worth my 135.00 I paid. Very up set & disappointed customer.

I will never order from this site again. Flowers were not fresh. Didn't look nothing like I ordered at all. Waste of money. I could've gone to a grocery store and got better looking flowers then what my girlfriend received. I don't believe this company is number one in the flower business. This is highly upsetting but a lesson learned. Never again.

When they did not have the exact item that was ordered - they let me know and replaced with a similar item. They kept me informed by email and by phone about any problems. The item that was substituted was just as nice as the picture. They did a wonderful job of getting the arrangement there in a timely manner.

The roses were wilted the paper wrapper the flowers came with was soak hence the flowers had no more water and the name on the card was miss spelt in bad cursive

I used this site because I thought that the savings would be better than Proflowers and some of the other sites but in the end it was the same.

I especially liked my flower arrangement for the reason that it was really fresh, some of the flowers were actually not in full bloom. And the instructions to care for your plant is a great aspect also.
