I flowers where for my mother in-law who just lost her youngest son.
Flowler where nothing what I expected. I paid the highest price expecting a full arrangement instead it looks like they sent me a basic arrangement of flowers. Not worth my 135.00 I paid. Very up set & disappointed customer.

When they did not have the exact item that was ordered - they let me know and replaced with a similar item. They kept me informed by email and by phone about any problems. The item that was substituted was just as nice as the picture. They did a wonderful job of getting the arrangement there in a timely manner.
The roses were wilted the paper wrapper the flowers came with was soak hence the flowers had no more water and the name on the card was miss spelt in bad cursive

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
