I thought the overall experience was great. The flowers that arrived were wonderful but I was a bit surprised to be charged both a handling fee and a delivery fee. I believe that the handling fee should be included in the price of the flower arrangement I'm paying for. Additionally, the handling fee was something in the range of $14 - I felt that it was very high. On the other hand, I got a beautiful bouquet of flowers ordered the same day.

I prefer you put the handling charges in the original price of the flowers as opposed to the add on. It was a surprise and I don't like surprises of that kind. You did an excellent job of taking the order, processing the order for a fast delivery...up to this point very happy. Period. I received a picture of the flowers and find the floral arrangement much thinner looking and rather skimpy. The floral arrangement I chose was much fuller and more abundant in flowers. I even ordered the supreme expecting to really get that extra touch. It was lacking. I am dissatisfied for the amount of money I am being billed for it. Disappointed in Sterling, IL. Paul Lund

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
