So I was in a hurry to order my mother in law flowers for her birthday, so I got online and ordered from FromyouFlowers. The site says their delivery time is 9-6 well when she hasn't received her flowers at 5:45pm, I checked their reviews and KNEW I had been scammed. I wrote them right away and told them "If the flowers are not delivered by TONIGHT by 9pm I will be contacting the better Business Bureau and the police will be contacted. **They better look like the picture**". My mother in law received her flowers by 7:30 pm. :) They were beautiful, not quite as full of an arrangement as the picture, but my MIL loved them.

Well, to start, I paid extra for them to be delivered in 4 hours... they were not delivered for almost 8. I want my money back for that. I also paid for the deluxe version and the bouquet she received was very very small (barely was wider than the vase) and mising several of the flowers including the small purple ones and the Peruvian lillies. I will not be ordering from you again. I am significantly disappointed with the service and product.

I ordered the bright blue skies bouquet to be delivered for my mother's birthday. I can't deny that they were extremely beautiful. I loved the arrangement, and the vase they came in was wonderful. More than anything, I loved how quick the ordering process was. The next-day delivery was beyond extraordinary, and it helped me greatly, as I'd waited until the last minute to buy a gift. My only gripe is that I feel the overall price of $42 was definitely too high.
But still, the experience was great, and I would recommend from you flowers to a friend.

The flowers where all skinny, and semi limpey... the leaves on the roses where all white and dirty. Worst looking flowers. And the moment we put water in the vase,,. It got inside with the picture where is was not properly seeled,,
I don't understand how something goes from 23.95 to 38.98 after you cash out. The flowers weren't even close to what I ordered, the spelling of the word you said yoy. They were left on a wall by a garage instead of being left by a door and weren't found therefore they froze. These were for a friend's birthday in Tennessee, how embarrassing!

I paid for same day delivery, this did not happen, two emails sent requesting status no response even though it states a response will occur in 1 hour. I am still waiting for them to answer the phone and deliver the flowers, I have been on hold for 20 mins and counting wish I had read the reviews but I needed same day delivery to my daughter who had a death in her family, the thought is now wasted should have stuck with pro flowers.
Be warned they are not worth bothering with!
I paid extra for the planter to be received in 4 hours, and it was not. It was received in 7-8 hours, at the end of viewing hours.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
