The flowers that were sent did not look anything like the picture online. It looked very skimpy. If I were to factor back in the discounts I received, the full value of this bouquet would have been $63. What was sent did not look impressive at all. I was very disappointed with the product sent to my Valentine. This is now the 2nd time that I have received a sub-standard product from your company.
Need more deals or cheaper bouquets, and larger bouquet arrangements for a lower price
Flowers were delivered earlier than anticipated, I sent them to my Aunt who is VERY ill and she said they are absolutely beautiful she loves them! Great job thanks so much I ordered on line and they were delivered in a different state so I never actually saw the finished product but may Aunt is pleased, therefore I am pleased.

The flowers ordered wer beautiful.I had an opportunity to see them where they were delivered as they were not delivered to me. They were delivered same day which I requested. I am hoping the delivery fee was as large as it was due to the same day delivery request...if not, it seemed high to me.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
