The site was easy.My Idea of Valentines Day flowers are red and pink maybe white.This had yellow lilies a couple of red roses and a red bow around a clear vase,could have been better.All times I have ordered the flower shops are different,you just don't know whats going to happen.Good luck!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
