Easy to navigate. Options well described. The only improvement I can suggest would be that the flowers arrived at 3:30 and I was notified of the delivery at 5:30. Other than that, everything was fine.
Only complaint: I would rather prefer the delivery time in the morning. Particularly when you are celebrating an anniversary.
The delivery man was prompt. The flowers were very sad, however. I emailed the company and sent a photo of the sad flowers. They were wonderful and quickly replied with an offer of a replacement bouquet. I will certainly order from them again. Their customer sevice is great.
It is very easy to purchase from this site. The order was delivered in a timely manner but was not directly given to a recipient. They were left outside and froze before the recipient realized they were there.

Easy use website
I always choose the best value and have not been disappointed, however, this time I was there when item was delivered. It was rather small, foliage had black marks on it and roses were not very fresh. We ordered for my mother and she was very gracious but I was disappointed. I would have gotten better value by going to Costco.
Still a little pricey, but it is the best deal I could find.
