Terrible site to navigate. Very difficult to change the items in your order after adding them if you change your mind. The coupons (only way anything is actually "value") are hidden away and you have to completely redo your order to use one because the "enter code" box does nothing. I can only say these flowers better be worth it. Because I'm already unhappy and they haven't even arrived yet.
After receiving the flowers, I can say that they at least were as described. However, I had further, unacceptable, issues after placing my order. I was told that none of the stores that the order could be outsourced to in my recipient's area would deliver on Sunday (my requested delivery day), despite the fact that that Sunday was Valentines Day! I find it hard to except that even if a florist is usually closed on Sunday, they wouldn't open for undoubtedly the busiest day of the year. At any rate I was assured this was the case and offered delivery on the Saturday, which I begrudgingly accepted after being offered 10% off. However, I was not offered a refund for the $5 extra I paid for valentines day delivery back until I specifically requested it. I would have demanded the whole delivery cost if I hadn't already used a coupon for it. In future I suggest your headquarters staff are aware of when valentines actually is (the rep I spoke to seemed rather bemused when I was surprised it wasn't an option), and the florists you outsource to actually deliver on the day you offer. I'm sure I don't need to remind whoever is reading this that "valentines delivery guaranteed" was plastered all over your site, which is misleading at best, and cause for a lawsuit at worst.

Great prices and selection with no hidden fees or charges. I had to change the delivery date and place due to the individual having an illness and was told no problem. They were still delivered on the original date and not the change request that was put in. Other than that no problem individual loved the arrangement.

The flowers I recieved first looked like a salad. The arrangement looked nothing like what I paid for, and I did not get the cheapest size. It took me over an hour to get customer service on the phone. I gave them another chance but asked that they upgrade the arrangement to premium so I wouldn't get the same pathetic thing. The second arrangement looked much better, but lasted less that 1 day before wilting and dying completely. It was cold out, but they were delivered early in the morning and if you are going to deliver flowers, you need a heated vehicle to transport them. Most of the problems I had were the florists (New City Florists) fault, not the website, but you are the ones who sold me the flowers so you have to share the blame.

I order valentines day flower for my mother WEEKS before valentines day. They didn't arrive on the 14th. So I called them the next day and they told me that because of the large orders for the holidays, some were to be delivered on the 15th. Ok. It's now the 16th and I'm canceling my order because they have yet to show up. I'm highly disappointed. I planed weeks in advance to do something for my lovely mother, a lady deserving of a beautiful bouquet, and i got screwed over by this company. Thanks, Fromyouflowers.com.
It was very Simple and straight Forward
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
