The bouquet was missing the filler flowers (the smaller ones in the picture) and the roses were very wilted. Pretty disappointed.

At first when I was placing this order I cancelled it because of the $14.99 fee. I then received a come back email for free shipping so I completed my order. The gift was for my sister who had been in a bad accident and I wanted them there the same day she came home but didn't want to pay that much.
I was very happy that you allowed me to ship same day without that fee.
My sister sent me a picture of the flowers and they were very beautiful and she was thrilled and I was very happy with my choice as I had never used your services before. She said she was not familiar with the local florist that the flowers came from but would use them in the future.
I've tried other online floral services but haven't really found the value in the quality. I only lowered the star rating for overall shopping experience because I had to cancel in order to be offered the free delivery. Otherwise I was very happy with the quality and service, delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
