This is the 1st time that I've ordered from Youflowers.com and I couldn't be happier. I found them doing a general search on Google. It was extremely easy & the flowers that were delivered to the funeral home were absolutely beautiful! I normally don't order flowers because I can't afford to, but that will change now that I've found youflowers.com. Thank you so much & I will indeed tell my friends about youflowers.

The tracking option is weird as you can't really track anything the most it can tell you is they haven't received a delivery confirmaiton yet and you have to email in so it can be checked on and then in an hour or so you will possibly get told if it was delivered from an emial
No matter how many times i checked that it always said that what is the point of it if it doesn't actually track the delivery
Tracking to me is you see the different stages of delivery and that it is out for delivery

I haven't seen the bouquet but my understanding is that they are really pretty.
The arrangement was extremely generic, not full at all. There were other arrangements there from a local florist that were very beautiful and about the same expense I paid but worth every penny. I regret not using that other florist. The banner I paid additional for was a white sash with silver print. What were they thinking to do this? You could not see what it said until you held it in your hand! The other arrangements that had banners where white sash with gold print. They stood out from a distance. I'm extremely disappointed and very embarrassed to have these flowers represent me for my fathers funeral. I will never use this service for something this important ever again!

I have ordered from you before, but my mother received the flowers today and thought they were horrible. The sunflowers were droopy and I thought it would have more sunflowers and the whole arrangement in the vase looked horrible and sunflowers are drooping. My mother was horrified and embarrassed to call me. I have photos and will be calling to get a refund or a something else sent to my mother.
You didn't tack on additional charges for a "card" or "vase" like other sites. Very pleased! Used coupon and had no problems with ordering.

Very good.I had to wait until the funeral service to confirm delivery. The arrangement was just what I asked for.
Flowers were scheduled to arrive on 2/25, and they arrived today 2/24.
I even checked that the correct date was on my order and it was. Not sure what happened.

Worst arrangement. Bunch of greens stuck in basket and then some flowers sticking way out. Greenery did not even fill in spaces. Seen better in grocery stores. Flowers were already wilting when received and less than 24 hrs later for reception after the funeral, some of flowers were just about dead.
