I didn't see the delivery cost until the payment screen - would have liked to know sooner. Other than that the experience was good - easy to get through. I chose a 'florist designed' sympathy bouquet (premium size) and the recipient was very happy. Sent me a picture and it looked great.
The flowers received were not as plentiful as pictured. I paid for deluxe bouquet and it only had 4 roses and many gaps where flowers should have been.

I unforunately won't use this flower delivery site again. The arrangement looked nothing like the site photo, I know they have to work with whats in season, but there was more greenery then flowers and the vase was suppose to be a vibrant blue and it was a clear vase. By the end of ordered day I recieved a call stating they could not be delivered same day, so they said they would return the same day delivery charge ($2.99), waive the service and handling fee ($14.99), upgrade the arrangement to the delux, might have been done, but not really sure on that maybe all the greenery was the upgrade and give me a $10.00 gift certificate which at this point I won't be using, so far I have only recieved the gift certificate and nothing else. When I spoke to customer service he seemed very unconcerned with my concerns, these flowers were for the loss of my brother in laws father, show a little concern. I think in the future I will be staying with 1 -800 - flowers, they may cost a little more but they always deliver what I order beautifully and have never let me down. I highly regret ordering from a differnt company it was not worth all this aggravation!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
