The experience was positive overall - however, we were rather disappointed with the card which accompanied the arrangement. It is not because it was hand written - but rather that the handwriting was scruffy and with spelling mistakes. Given it is something which was going to be clearly visible and looked at by people, we expected this to be of a higher standard. Thank you.
