Always a good experience
The flowers were not packed with any sort of moisture. They arrived wilted, and completely dried out. The petals and leaves were literally falling off, as my father was unpacking the flowers. This was supposed to be a well wish for my mother's surgery, and the flowers look horrible. I was so embarrassed.
I ordered the flowers at 10 pm in the evening for a friend that had a death in the family. By 10am the next morning, the flowers were delivered. Pretty impressive delivery time.
I was not satisfied with the arrangement at all. They put 6 red roses and 2 branches of some other white flower in a glass vase and no other filling or baby breath or nothing and this was supposed to be a Luxury Florist choice arrangement. I called Customer service and they advised me that for the price that I paid they fulfilled the other with what was in the arrangement. I was also told that they are sending me a credit voucher for a future usage via email but I am still waiting and I don't think I will use it anyway.
Flowers looked very close to the picture online. We were satisfied with the order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
