Very easy website to navigate
I ordered a picture vase and I receive a clear case with a computer printout in my vase. That "waterproof" paper cost $12.99. I've feel so stupid. No where on the site did it explain it was anything but a printed pic on the glass. This needs to be explained or a major reduction in the price of the vase. Really thought the arrangement was very pretty
The customer service is great but the products can disappoint.ice used this company on 5-6 occasions and have complained 4xs two of the biggest upsets occurred with the arrangement for my father whom had just beat cancer and my girlfriend's arrangement who loves purple and hates pink received and all pink bouquet when a purple arrangement was ordered. The deliverey time is always hours late.
I am pleased with the service. My father had surgery and he was so excited to see a vase full of fresh flowers and balloons. Thanks to them he was full of joy...

Had a bit of a problem manually entering credit card. The flowers arrived quite early which was wonderful; however, had quite a few droopy / dying flowers in the bunch when they arrived which was a bit embarrassing, since they went to my best friend's work for her birthday. Once she pulled out the "off" flowers, she was quite happy with the arrangement though.
What showed up didn't look anything close to the pictures online.

The delivery lady was outstanding we had flowers deliverd to our grandmother and she was unable to open the door bc she has a broken leg. The delivery lady called us serval times to make sure she got them thank u so much she did get them and she loved them
I was a little disappointed with this experience. I paid for expedited service, and it was after 2:00 before the flowers were delivered. I was refunded for the expedited service, but the element of surprise was ruined.
Flowers were delivered on the wrong day. fromyouflowers.com upgraded my order and delivered other flowers on the correct day. But, the feeling of surprise was no longer there.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
