I get the amount of flowers but they way that it was put together was not professional quality
Delivery charge was little high.
Somehow there was a glitch in the calendar as I thought it pulled up the month I was ordering but instead opened the following month. I had to call and email to get the delivery sooner. Very helpful and accommodating once my issue was made known. I will purchase again! Excellent customer service!

The flowers that I have order twice before, have exceeded my expectations. They are BEAUTIFUL.
This order how ever some of the flowers are half dead and the water had to be changed it smelt really bad. Not nearly as satisfied with these as with the first two orders. Some of the stems are even broken.
Even with the $10 discount - this is still an expensive price for a standard delivered bouquet

I ordered a dozen rainbow roses with the Birthday vase. My expectations weren't met this time however. The reason for this was, the vase was very deceiving from the image shown on the website. It was only a paper that was inside a cheap PLASTIC cup. Disappointing to say the least. The roses did not look very lively and colorful as I had hoped for as well. I've ordered on several other occasions and have been very happy, as well as the recipient. However, this time was a let down for sure.
I didn't like how the service and handling fee was not shown until the final screen so I didn't even know how much I was really paying.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
