The flowers were BEAUTIFUL and arrived before the time due. Your company made this a smooth and quick experience during a truly difficult time and for that I want to say Thank you!. The flowers looked even better in person than the pictures online which is rare because we all know photos usually are cropped and enlarged to make them appear bigger and better and this was not the case at all. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a flower service and will most definitely use you myself again.

I've had the hardest time trying to find a place to deliver a get well package to our babysitter in the hospital within 24 hours... every other place had estimated delivery of 4 days from now unless I paid a huge fee. Thank you for making it possible to brighten her day without costing me a kings ransom!

It doesn't seem to want to apply the 20% of coupon. I have to pay a small fortune for delivery even though delivery is not available for the day I need (March 14). That's really kind of disappointing.
Post-delivery update: I just want to reiterate that not being able to deliver on the recipients birthday is pretty disappointing. It's a lot of money. She seems to be happy with them, though.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
