Delivery was fast. However, the roses were pale; faded, in a clear vase, with no filler or ribbons and/or bow. Just tall leafy roses in a squat vase. When I called to complain I was offered a 15% refund - $4.50 and a $10 gift for my "next purchase". No thank you. I will not use you again, and I will warn my family and friends to steer clear, as well. Live and learn.

This flower order was for a new baby girl and was supposed to be pink&white. Got call saying they didn't have pink roses so substituted lavender, disappointing.

The flowers that arrived were perfect. But the lack of tracking available and the company's inability to respond to emails/calls is definitely a reason I'd choose a different company for delivery next time.
Overall I am satisfied with my shopping experience, especially being offered free shopping when I originally abandoned my cart due to the high delivery fee. I was fine with the price I paid until my friend sent a photo of her arrangement and it looked nothing like what I ordered. What I ordered was a mix of flowers and colors and she only received peach spray roses. I'm not sure if it's because the flowers weren't in season or because I didn't select the "premium" option. But regardless, I wish that had been communicated somewhere before purchasing.

Once delivered I was able to see a picture of the flowers sent since it was in a different state and I paid extra to make sure the bouquet looked as similar to the picture on the website as possible and I thought they looked a little sparse personally. Pretty flowers in good condition but they could have been more filled out for the added price I paid.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
