Website shows beautiful flowers. If you state guaranteed delivery, why is there a $15.00 service charge, to make sure item is delivered and there are no problems? Contradicts itself a little bit... So after delivery, the original pictures of flowers I ordered are ALOT different from what was received. I paid for a lot more flowers than what was in the arrangement. Not to happy about that. At all...

My only note would be that Id like to see the service/handling fees before the final billing page...maybe just include it in the price. Wouldn't change what I want to buy, but its nice not to feel like some scheme was pulled at the last second.

Thanks so much. Our daughter reported the flowers arrived promptly this morning and they are absolutely beautiful - very fresh and nicely arranged.
I placed an order for tulips that included 20 flowers with 6 different colors. It arrived with 2 colors and 3/4 of the flowers were wilted. Very disappointing. When I expressed my concern it took 4 emails before they finally refunded me 100% which was exhausting. I am glad it was finally resolved but the entire process was just a negative one for me.
The text boxes for the messages, the banner and the signature are way too short, even a few more characters would have helped.
I would also have appreciated a photo of the final arrangement texted or emailed to me.
The flowers were delivered on time as expected and the recipient was very appreciative of their beauty. This was a painless process and I thought the pricing was very fair, even including the expedited/same day delivery charges.

The flowers were suppose to have sunflowers but did not. It's the persons favorite flower. That's why I picked it. It was still pretty.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
