So far it was good to save a little money & hopefully receiver of flowers will meet expectation's of what photo depict's.

Flower's delivered were a disappointment, did not look like what I ordered & receiver said were a little wilted

Flowers came 2 days before requested date which was an anniversary date kind of a bummer, and unfortunately yellow roses were already starting to wilt being too mature. I have used you numerous times and this was my first disappointing experience. I hope it was COVID related.
The baby's breath was very overwhelming in the bouquet that it drowned out the beauty of the flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
