I didnt get a response as soon as they said I would get one, so I had to submit a 2nd request and had no other options to get in touch with someone other than email. When it comes to delivering on a person's birthday you want to know that they actually got it that day.

The delivery confirmation email came too early which caused a bit of confusion and the wait time to reach a consultant via the phone was several minuets. But other than that, a good experience and a quality product.

Flowers did not arrive on time, and while the gesture was nice to remove the same day fee, I would expect more when you fail to deliver when promised. This flower order was for a friend who received some potentially bad news, and it was extremely important that she get them on the same day I ordered them. First time shopping here, may not return.
