Reasonably priced, varied selection of product, easy ordering and deliveries are quick and on time.
Flowers could have been fresher. Looked like they were made days earlier. Roses were already a little limp. I paid extra for delivery to be before noon. I had to call at 12:40pm still didn't have the delivery. They checked with florist and said it was on it's way. It was still another hour before delivery. Finally received at 1:40pm.
Shopping was great, fast.but handling fee is quite high

Flowers were delivered to my daughters office. She was not home and her phone transfered to her office and her secretary asked them to deliver them there which they did. Good Job.

Beautiful flowers, but very poor customer service. The tracking system does not provide any information, and when you call to ask for the status of your order there is a recording that states that they do not provide that information by phone. The flowers arrived on time, but it was uncertain if they were going to deliver the order and at what time. It seems to be a disconnect between the website and the actual florists that work locally. Very poor experience when shopping from this website. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.
The bouquet did not look like the one in the picture. Missing the purple flowers. Arrived late. It was supposed to be there before noon and wasn't there until after noon.
Flowers arrived on time and really looked pretty.
