Your website was easy to maneuver; however, your prices are a wee bit too high - especially the service and handling! I sent the lily to a family member who is 88 years old. She said it was beautiful and had 4 lilies that were about to open. That seems a little "scant" given the fact that I did not order the cheapest one!
The arrangement I ordered was delivered in a different container than pictured and described on the website. After communicating with customer service, I am being given a partial refund. That does nothing to change how the arrangement looked when delivered... Unfortunate, but that will make me hesitate to use this company again.

The flowers that I purchased were "NOWHERE" near $50 value; whomever the local florist was chose to take profit over product, your site left it up to the florist to choose and they gave me less than perfect flowers and a "small" bundle after unordered the medium. The handling fee of $14.99 is ridiculous; complete profit and will inhibit me from potentially using this site again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
