But...
Boy was I surprised to hear from my mother when her order for flowers arrived 4 days too soon! These were her Easter flowers and scheduled to arrive on Good Friday-a day at her Assisted Living when the day is slow and hard for her. She welcomed them early and was very happy with them.

1. I paid $4.99 to get the flowers and gift delivered express by 12:00 pm and they weren't even deliver by 3:00 pm. I called she didn't receive the flowers and gift until about 7:00
pm. I' m very unhappy paying for something and not getting what I paid for. My mom did say the flowers are beautiful. I just don't like paying extra for a delivery time when they didn't even get the flowers there by your advertised time 3:00 pm.
I didn't like that you could not manuver back in forth from one screen to another.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
