Ordering was simple, my only complaint really is with the delivery costs specifically the additional costs to ensure delivery during the day. The flowers were fresh and well put together, delivery was very prompt but again I paid extra to make certain of that.

Entering all the info was tedious. Apparently I placed duplicate orders inadvertently. When I contacted the company, they were extremely courteous and efficient at cancelling the duplicate order. My friend was not at home at the time of delivery, but her neighbor let her know that she'd had flowers delivered and was holding on to them for her. I was very pleased with the service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
