I placed an order on 3/5 to arrive by 3/10 for Grandma's birthday. Almost a month later, I get a message from Grandpa chastising us for forgetting Grandma's birthday. Even though they sent an email confirmation that the flowers were delivered, they were not. I called From You Flowers, spent about 30 minutes on the phone. I was initially offered that they would resend the bouquet and give me half my money back. Umm... no... we look like jerks for not acknowledging the birthday. I'm not sure that flowers arriving the day after a chastising message will help. Then they came back on the line and offered a full refund. Um... well that's kind of a given since we DIDN'T GET WHAT WE BOUGHT! I insisted on a supervisor, one finally came on the line. I asked how they were going to make us not look like jerks to grandma... and they offered to call her and personally apologize. I waited on the line while they did that... and then they offered to send a larger bouquet for delivery tomorrow along with a full refund. I have confirmed that they did indeed call to apologize. So... the issue is remedied but I will never do business with them again. They had ONE JOB and they failed miserably. An apology doesn't make up for the month that Grandma has felt neglected and like we didn't remember her birthday!
I sent the order to a friend for Easter. She sent me a picture of the flower arrangement. Honestly, it looked like a bouquet you can buy at a local grocery store. It did not look the arrangement on the website. I was very disappointed and plan on contacting the company. The delivery time was great.

Great site and service, until my vald card was declined for some reason and I had to place a new order waiting on hold for almost ten minutes. This was a same day order that was supposed to be delivered to my son's aparment in NYC by 6pm. When I called fromyouflowrs service center at 630pm, I was told the package had been delivered at 5pm. But the package was actually delivered directly to my son by the delivery person at 8pm. The products (candy basket and balloons) was great, and this is the only site I could find that delivered this product, but the delivery service and communications did not meet my expectations especially given the price I paid.

The arrangement was very disappointing. I am so embarrassed by the flowers that my mother in law received. The price jumped from $20 to $38 at checkout, but I checked out anyway, trusting that the florist would create something beautiful.

My only disappointment was the ''handling fee'' which I dont agree with at all. Its a rediculous charge & rediculous amount. I just received a picture showing me the arrangement that I ordered. It finally was delivered. I must say, it is one of the most beautiful arrangements I have ever had sent. I have used different online florists & this one is the best...so for this, I thank you, and yes, I will use your company in the future.

The only thing I need clarification is on the following; you describe the bouquets in three presentations, however, it was not clear to me which of the three the photo of the bouquet represents. I feel this is important for those of us who purchase the deluxe size, otherwise one has no idea if the recipient is receiving the larger bouquet or the medium or if the deluxe size will have more flowers than the one on the photo. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
