Could not rate how I liked the flowers or the delivery as they are being delivered tomorrow. Just praying they are what I expected as they are for a very dear friends anniversary and since we couldn't be there I wanted her to have something nice. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
