Seriously. Paid for delivery before 12, the FIRST florist couldn't do it, so I had to change the delivery from his work to our home. Thanks for ruining the surprise! Anyways so it was sent to another florist and it took 3 hours 45 minutes to get! Horrible!

I was shocked by the service charge at the end. I thought I was getting a really good deal. Much cheaper then other services until right at the end. But it turns out that you are actually more expensive that if I would have went somewhere else.

Several of the selections in the bouquet were dried out and started losing foliage overnight. Most were past their peak in freshness. I hope that your business will evaluate the provider you used to fulfill my order, because it did not do very well yesterday. Thank you.

I paid for expedited shipping to be delivered before 12 noon. Flowers did not arrive until 1:10 p.m. I had contacted the company after the flowers hadn't arrived at 12 and before they did arrive and requested that my expedited shipping fee be refunded. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. I requested an email confirmation of that refund. It is 3:30 now and I haven't received any confirmation of the refund.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
