Seriously. Paid for delivery before 12, the FIRST florist couldn't do it, so I had to change the delivery from his work to our home. Thanks for ruining the surprise! Anyways so it was sent to another florist and it took 3 hours 45 minutes to get! Horrible!

It was difficult to fill in forms accurately from the UK as the state option was irrelevant.

I was shocked by the service charge at the end. I thought I was getting a really good deal. Much cheaper then other services until right at the end. But it turns out that you are actually more expensive that if I would have went somewhere else.
I figured I'd go ahead this time but if I were to hazard a guess, I don't think I'll use you next time because you're too expensive.

Always first class shopping experience. Being very candid, this was the first time in multiple uses of fromyouflowers.com that the order was disappointing in quality. Several of the selections in the bouquet were dried out and started losing foliage overnight. Most were past their peak in freshness. I hope that your business will evaluate the provider you used to fulfill my order, because it did not do very well yesterday. Thank you.

I paid for expedited shipping to be delivered before 12 noon. Flowers did not arrive until 1:10 p.m. I had contacted the company after the flowers hadn't arrived at 12 and before they did arrive and requested that my expedited shipping fee be refunded. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. I requested an email confirmation of that refund. It is 3:30 now and I haven't received any confirmation of the refund.
