Well my mom got them today and even though they were beautiful they were NOT what I had ordered. Not even close! I ordered a basket full of plants with some yellow and white flowering plants. I received a pink only flowering plant with a couple of fern looking things. Very disappointed that I didn't get what I ordered.

This was a great experience. I feel there needs to be a delivery time on the delivery form in case someone doesn't work all day. The flowers were delivered after Gina left work, that is why there needs to be a delivery time span.

The flower arrangement was beautiful! When I ordered the flowers it showed that yellow roses were in the arrangement. However, the picture that I received of the arrangement that was delivered did not include roses. It was my first time ordering with fromyouflowers.com. I was very impressed with how quickly the arrangement was made and delivered.

The website was easy and fast. Good deal with promo code included. Delivery was within 3 hours. Picture I received of delivery from recipient had me a little disappointed especially since I upgraded the flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
