Very easy to navigate and purchase
The flowers were much less beautifully arranged than the picture which I pretty much expected from an online florist. My only concern was paying a premium for what I thought was a printed vase only to find out it was a glass vase with a waterproof insert with the wording on it. I gave this company a try but probably won't be a retuning customer.
The hardest part was trying to make a decision from all the beautiful flowers and plants offered.
I was thrilled how easy it was to order and my plant looked exactly like the picture. Even the billing process was easy to navigate! I received a call letting me know they were delivered. Quite a plus! I will be back and would highly recommend this service..

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order I would never have used this company. This company is a joke. Think they have a tired old form letter that they give every unhappy customer. Saying the late deliveries are not typical of their service. I received same both from chat and a email from Supervisor Dept. I paid for morning delivery didn't receive and in reading the reviews this seems to be typical of this company. I canceled my order when asking to speak to a supervisor was told not one availabe but when I went cancel my order suddenly was transfered to one... as someone who has spent years in customer service this is not acceptable.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
