Very easy and quick
Received 50 Minute late with expedited. Balloons tied so short had to restring them. Bought Flowers directly from this Florist which are always better than what was delivered for price.
Family liked the flowers and balloon. The big plus was they live in LA and this was for a new baby. So they got it within 4 hours of my ordering it. I live in upstate NY

Customer Service reps could be more knowledgeable and professional. Chewing gum when taking orders is not desirable.
The delivery did not occur when it was promised. Once it came, I was assured that the extra "expedited delivery" charge would be refunded.
The arrangement was much smaller than I anticipated. Supposedly, it was the "middle" size but my expectations were for something bigger. Definitely not a 21" tall arrangement. I find this to be a common problem with online orders.
