Flowers always seemed to be nice and good customer service. I just don't like the service fee $15.00 that kicked in at the end of my transaction. OUCH! Also, the flowers arrived a day late. I was not offered a refund or partial refund. Not the best business decision for your customer. However, the flowers were beautiful.
Though data entry seemed tedious, I got through it.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered the next day before noon. Not only was it not delivered, but no one from the company contacted me to let me know that they were unable to meet the advertised delivery date and time. I would have ordered something else. I went back to the website and it was still advertised as being able to be delivered "today." The recipients stayed home all morning waiting for the arrangement. It was a very Important gift to all involved. Do not depend on this company. I would not have given it any stars at all if I could have submitted the review without one.

I called for some advice on delivery issues. The person was very helpful! The people for whom it was intended liked the arrangement very much.
The picture showed me a variety of colors but what was received was almost an entirely pink bouqet with a yellow flower ( i guess that was my only color 'variation', was not what i expected.
I am very disappointed in the product received. It looks nothing like the picture in on your website. I ordered a basket with all candy and they received a basket with all chips. I think $54 for a basket of chips is a little steep. If you need pictures, I can send them to you.
Website was great, ordering was great, everything else was great. Product not great.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
