The flowers I ordered were in awful shape and very skimpy. I will not recommend or buy again.
I appreciated the phone call stating that the delivery person had already been on that route so the delivery would be delayed, but my same-day fee would be refunded. I got an email from the recipient's husband that they were beautiful.

When trying to do this from my smartphone it wouldn't let me add the recipients full address (ie apartmenr number). Also, a section for notes would be good as I wished to ask for it to be ledt at front desk if the person was not home.
Same day delivery booked however was not delivered until next day. I was called to see if this was ok, which I appreciated, but in reality I would have just ordered something else off your site if I had known.
Apart from that, everything done smoothly and the customer service people I communicated with both over the phone and via email were very friendly and helpful.

The flower i ordered wasn't the same when the flower got delivered. I called the customer service, she was nice enough to solved the problem.
The web site was easy to use, but the order included cheese. It was left outside on a hot day and the ice pack had dried out. The person I sent this to said the cheese had separated and was afraid to eat it. I should have thought about this happening. Perhaps a warning on the web page would help.

The flowers I received were not anything like the picture. They were dinky and small. I was not satisfied with this purchase for $70.00.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
