I appreciated the phone call stating that the delivery person had already been on that route so the delivery would be delayed, but my same-day fee would be refunded. I got an email from the recipient's husband that they were beautiful.

The website is easy to use. The cost is close to all other companies. I would prefer slightly lower. More competitive. The order was delivered way before time promised I was very happy with that. The flowers are beautiful. Could have been organized a bit nicer. Overall very happy.

When trying to do this from my smartphone it wouldn't let me add the recipients full address (ie apartmenr number). Also, a section for notes would be good as I wished to ask for it to be ledt at front desk if the person was not home.

Same day delivery booked however was not delivered until next day. I was called to see if this was ok, which I appreciated, but in reality I would have just ordered something else off your site if I had known.

Apart from that, everything done smoothly and the customer service people I communicated with both over the phone and via email were very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for making a second attempt delivery while the recipient, my sister was out the first time you delivered. It made her so special. She loves the flowers and the elegant vase! I'm impressed with the quality and service! I will highly recommend you company to my friend's and family.

The web site was easy to use, but the order included cheese. It was left outside on a hot day and the ice pack had dried out. The person I sent this to said the cheese had separated and was afraid to eat it. I should have thought about this happening. Perhaps a warning on the web page would help.
