I am very disappointed. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. I would have never ordered that arrangement. I ordered bouquet with white lilies, yellow roses and some small blue flowers and you sent fake looking rainbow multicolored roses with some ugly sprig of something. Very very dissatisfied and embarrassed.

I needed something beautiful for "same day" delivery. I "upgraded" the flowers and the recipients were ecstatic when they received them! They said they had never seen such a beautiful arrangement. Great job!
The arrangement we received was extremely small in comparison to the picture and I specifically called to change the names on the card which was never done and i was very embarrassed to say the least when they chipped in to pay for the flowers and their names were left off!
