It is extremely disappointing and to a degree misleading that the service and handling charges weren't advised until the checkout. In Australia and New Zealand this would be classified as misrepresentation
I paid for the expedited shipping and was told it would get there within 4 hours.which would have put it at 1140 am, at 1240 it still hasn't arrived so I called and was told that the delivery driver was making deliveries right then. At 430 I called the recipient and it still hasn't arrived. So again I called and was told the same thing.deliveries were being made right then. I also had sent an email stating my concerns, was told I would get a response within an hour and still have yet to get one. When I called the 2nd time I was told that I would get a follow up call to let me know it was delivered which I never did. I got a text message at 635pm from the recipient stating they finally got the flowers. Don't know who to blame here...the local florist or the company I ordered from. But the lack of communication and the delay in delivery, has made it so that I won't be ordering from this site again.

I expected a much larger arrangement, given the premium option selected. Nice selection of flowers, but an over abundance of buds, so although it doesn't look large now nor as similar to the photo online, the arrangement may look fuller and improve over the next few days. Appreciated the prompt delivery same day, but did pay an extra 5$ for it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
