Had my order delivered to me twice and it was still wrong. The florist they used was just horrible. I paid for the deluxe and got the regular twice. I did call and they gave me a gift certificate and a 20% refund which helped. Hopefully next time they don't use that florist again.

The flowers were okay, but unfortunately just okay. Did not really look as nice as the photo. I paid 2 extra fees, one for same day deliver a one for expedited 4 hour shipping (so, should have arrived around 1pm as i ordered right at 9am) and she did not receive them until the late evening, this was time sensitive as I did not know how quickly she could have been transferred wings or even entire hospitals. I was also upset that I could not locate my order on your website to check status or even see that it had been purchased other than my bank statement online. Very annoying. Please add a feature to track your expidited package. Other than that I appreciate the simplicity of same day flowers. Thanks for making my friend smile.

Not happy at all, I wad inquiring about my order today, did not get back to me in a hour. The flowers got there, but only by the person who got them called me. Got a email stating what I ordered they did not have and I never received a call or email. I have no idea what they sent, but I hope it was big to make up what I wanted to order

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
